I am not a lawyer (if you know one ask them) so really I know nothing about individualized copyright uses. But my opinion is that educational purposes may come under the Fair Use Act. You wouldn’t think Disney would “come after” you if you use their characters in your class room helping kids learn. But again I am not a lawyer just a mom.

I’m an older Disneyphile and somewhat technology challenged. I’d like to use the halloween Mickey pumpkin as my facebook photo. Can I do this, and if so, how?

Right click and save the image to your hard drive and follow Facebook instructions to add as image. I would love a link back to the site/page you found it…
I’m new to Facebook. :o) I will see what I can do about getting better instructions for you.
