It’s not long now. American Idols brand new season is about to begin. Television’s #1 show will see several changes in 2009 as well as some returning features from seasons past. Season 8 will begin Tuesday, January 13 and Wednesday, January 14 on FOX with a two-night, four-hour premiere complete with new judge. This year we will see a Top 36 instead of 24 and we will have a Wild Card night that the judge’s top 3 favorites will get a second chance.
