Eml is a format in for Outlook Express users.
Instead of having to download and store several files to each stationery
you will have only ONE file a .eml file. Anther thing is
you don't have to save it to the stationery folder you can save it directly
to your "Desktop", use it
(click on it it's ready), and when done delete it.
No files to figure out to which stationery they go to. You know with eml
.
With the .eml format, you can rename it and
save to any directory you choose. Just click or
double click (depending on your settings) on the icon and
Outlook Express opens and you are ready to compose your message.
When you download the .eml format it will be
zipped. You can unzip to any folder.
Then navigate to the folder you saved to and choose your stationery.
The easiest access is to put a folder on your desktop
. To do this, right click on your
desktop, choose New, Folder. Name the new folder
and you're ready to start saving! I recommend you save the zip file to
your Desktop.....the same as in the
unzipping tutorial.....then you can easily delete it.
Well it can depend on a few things your email program for starters
if it's Outlook Express. Yes I would say go with the .eml
(read why here).
But any other email program you will probably want to use the
.html.
