Zip File Answers

What is a zip file?

A zip file is a group of files (examples: .jpeg, .html, .eml, .gif, .txt) compressed into one. Inside you will find everything you need for the stationery including a small help file. There are many compression utilities available. I'm sure any would work. I use WinZip. They have a free trail offer.

I am asuming you have downloaded and savedthe zip file.

Next:

• You will need to first open the zip file.
• 
  
  The main WinZip window will open
  
• Once open find the EXTRACT button
• 
  
  An extract window should come up.
• 
  
  Make sure ALL FILES is selected
• Select the desired place on your harddrive to extract the files to. There are two ways to do this:
  1.

     Since there are two differant types of stationery (HTML & EML)there are differant places to extract too. Please return to the main questions page to find the right place for you to extract too.


• Click the Extract button to finish the extracting proccess
